About workshops
The difference between a regular class and a workshop is like the difference between taking a vitamin pill every day and getting an injection with all the best vitamins and minerals once a week. A workshop is a bit more intense than a regular class, but you will definitely go home with more new ideas and inspiration! Don’t expect to be able to do everything perfectly right away. The workshop is made to challenge you! The idea is that you should bring what you liked most and keep practicing it afterwards. Your way of dancing is unique. You have an experience and a body structure no one else has! That’s why I always recommend to my students not to copy any other dancers, but to develop their own style. When you dance the way that's most natural for you, you will look even more comfortable on the dance floor!
